There are two issues:
- Ripbot doesn't allow to deinterlace
- Duration of the video is detected wrongly. Ripbot halves its duration. Duration should be 5 min but now it's 2 min 30 s.
Can't help with Ripbot, but your clip is at 25fps and it is progressive, ie, not interlaced, so the metadata is incorrect.

Problem with your video

Select no audio
Press Avisynth button, go to Output speed, select 25 fps
Encode the video
Use mkvmerge to manually join the audio

In an update the movie worked fine after removing subtitles from file before encoding and left resolution untouched. I removed the forced subtitles and foreign subtitles as well and just left the english subtitles intact.

So you encoded it successfully?

Your file is incorrectly muxed.
Remux that file with added fps value

That's just a different way to what slalom suggested.

If you fix fps directly in mkv container then audio will work fine as well. Deinterlace option will also be available in ripbot.
That's the proper way of dealing with incorrectly created mkvs.

Remuxing and setting 25fps manually in mkvmerge seemed to help. Thanks for everyone.

Annoying random video glitches..

I have noticed that I am getting random glitches in some of recent encodes.

I just finished GoT, and in all those episodes, I only had 1 or 2 instances, in the early going, but I figured out what was causing that, and didn't have any problems.

I have started encoding some movies, and they have returned.

I'd be interested in what part of the process could cause this, would it be the initial demuxing, or the encoding (x265 / ffmpeg, etc) or the muxing of all the chunks

Here's a sample of what I am talking about:- (thanks to the segment feature of RB, made this easy )

Note:- the originals are good to go....
