Yes I have had Sync issues anywhere from 15 Millie seconds to fifteen seconds long I don't know what is causing this but I am sure it will be fixed by next release... The delay is viewable in the preveiw mode as well as in the final resulting video...

Atak: if you need a sample video clip then I will be glad to upload it... Anyhow great job and thanks for spending your time on making this free as in freedom app...

While I am on the "issues I have had" page I figured Iwould post this...

This one showed up in 1.8.9 version and has come back in this 1.8.11 version... I didnt say anything about it figuring the 1.8.10 fixed the issue...

As you can see it points to the administrator account not the ripbot264 folder in Program Files...

LoL ok well I figured since it was only a shortcut that accesses it. It would be ok. I mean the shortcut doesn't change the placement of the exe none. All it does is change the how the exe is accessed...

Hey so then is the default path in your system: Users\Administrator(your user profile)\Tools.. If it is then I think I could find away around it.

EDIT** The way it looks right now is that it defaults to that folder so maybe adding that folder to Users\*\\User Name\\*\Tools might fix that...

Besides that the Tools\MediaInfo folder looks to be the only thing its looking for in that directory...

EDIT*** Ok nevermind I found that if I set the shortcut Attributes to include the Start In folder set to the install directory it works fine...

EDIT**** THe new installer is in the same location as allways (In my signature) The shortcuts to the RipBot.exe now work correctly and you dont get this Error so Have fun...

Anyway back to my original problem with sync issues...

The FFDshow did need the system to reboot but the movie its self was screwed up...

It had a clip through at the end of the movie which I believe constituted the the 15 ms - 15 second delay.... the clip through was only about 2 and a half minutes long with no audio but because it was recorded in the same VOB's as the original movie I think it was the cause of the problem...

Anyhow there is a work around. Using Nero Recode and extracting the main movie from the files and copying it back to the disk as a new DVD... The new DVD has 30ms delay but ripbot picks up on it and it works great...

You might try making it read the DVD's by the *.nfo files... This of course is only a suggestion

@ survivant001 i am getting the same problem i reported this bug on tsmuxer thread thought it was just me getting this problem.

hi Atak_Snajpera will there be a option for raw stream output? would be nice because the user could manually choose to mux with a previously more stable version of tsmuxer if problems arise in future builds it would save allot of time demuxing then remuxing. or maybe
just an option not to delete temporary files that way the user can manualy mux the raw stream btw great program

No need for that. Remux m2ts directly in older TSMuxer

Better late than never

Survivant did you try this

When do you get a/v synch problems? During playing from m2ts file or bluray structure?

H.264 video[5] –Zune software will transcode H.264 files at device sync.
Quote:
In MP4/M4V container format, Quicktime (.mov) files will transcode at time of sync.
So I assume that software provided by MS automatically transcode to wmv

yep that was my first test. I try to reduce the vbr settings but that didn't solve the problem.

and it's with m2ts, I don't use bluray structure.
