Tool to join Fragmented MP4

Hi,
I trying to find out if its possible and if so how, to join multiple fragments from a IIS Smooth Streaming server. The fragments and formats are discussed elsewhere like here and here, but it seems that there aren't any tools to actually play or join these files.

Thanks,
Adam.

Have you tested mkvmerge using concatenation? I don't have any samples of the files, if you could post some that would help.

mkvmerge complains about a unknown format.

Samples I'm using are from a service called FIXPlay, the manifest is at http://msnvidweb.vo.msecnd.net/o1/SS...7.ism/manifest

E.g. video fragment 1 is at http://msnvidweb.vo.msecnd.net/o1/SS...ments(video=0)
video fragment 2 is at http://msnvidweb.vo.msecnd.net/o1/SS...ideo=20000000)
and so on...

audio fragment 1 is at http://msnvidweb.vo.msecnd.net/o1/SS...ments(audio=0)
audio fragment 2 is at http://msnvidweb.vo.msecnd.net/o1/SS...udio=20480000)
and so on...

In the event you can't access these streams due to geographic restrictions, I've put the first two fragments here.
