DVD Burner Suite With 4 Blocks UI

Good morning community, I'm looking to find at least the name of a DVD Software Suite that mainly came pre installed with PCs and Laptops and had a GUI that looked like 4 Kids Building Blocks. This was changeable. You could drag and drop the copy or backup etc into the Brick you wanted to use for a Quick Format Job.

Each brick had its own Function - Copy, Burn, DATA Backup etc. I think.

Any info and even better access to this Program would be appreciated. The name of the company is just in the back of my mind and avoiding being on the tip of my tongue.
