YCoCg [[0,1];[-0.5,0.5];[-0.5,0.5]] to RGB [[0,255];[0,255];[0,255]] and vice-versa

How can I get lossless conversion between this two color spaces with this parameters?

if you read the wiki https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/YCoCg

you need to more bit deep to store YCoCg/-R lossless to store 8 bit rgb you need 9 bit.

Yes, I've seen that, althought the number of bits, for the application I want, doesn't matter.
