Forced subtitles depending on Audio Stream (language)?
I just ripped my first blu-ray using MakeMKV. The movie is Lawerence Of Arabia (Restored Version).
It has 4 audio streams (eng DTS-HD MA, eng, deu, ita) and 10 subtitles (eng, deu, deu forced only, ita, ita forced only, etc...). My question is this: Is it possible to set the forced subtitle stream depending on the audio I choose? For example:
Furthermore, I want to hide the forced subtitle, because currently in VLC I see German and German forced, which is annoying. Forced should be forced when audio is German, but hidden from the subtitle menu. |

Hi Madcow and welcome to doom9 forum.
Yes the good old Haali Splitter is the only one with TRACKSETEX support. In my old chapterEditor you will find a Haali TRACKSETEX editor to generate easy and fast the TRACKSETEX options you want. Editions are supported by some players but what we need is the support of the "ChapterTrack" element. |
