Adding custom subtitles to 2 features in a DVD9

Hello,

How can I add subtitles to 2 different movies within the same DVD?

(for a 1:1 copy)

I'm using Subtitle Creator but it doesn't seem to allow it, as it automatically chooses the bigger of the 2 features.

DVD9 is a longer DVD than a DVD5 as it holds almost twice as much data.
There is no other difference between them.
