How to cut out part of VC-1, m2ts or ts?

I have VC-1 video steam which has couple of seconds of black frames in the middle of it. Is there any way to cut certain number of frames from it in the middle of it? A way to do this with VC-1 inside .m2ts or .ts would do also.

Or is my only choice to mux VC-1 into avi container and then open it in vdubmod? If so is there anyway to demux VC-1 from the avi so I could mux that edited VC-1 back into m2ts again?

VC1 duration is 03:32:06,672, I need to cut out part of it so that it is exactly 03:31:58,820. But it has to be a certain scene in the middle that I need to cut out.

Impossible?
