5.1 atrac3plus mapped wrongly by the FOSS audio decoders

When decompressed by LAV Audio, MPC Audio Decoder or MPV,
the audio channels of this sample file are mapped wrongly:

back-left is sent to LFE,
back-right is sent to back-left,
and LFE is sent to back-right.

According to this page,
it appears the ffmpeg developer for a moment forgot the difference between encoding and decoding.

Yep, seems work fine with my last ffmpeg version N-109027-g202b7a9ae7-20221107
