The ffmpeg H.265 decoder assembly code not compliant with iOS

We want to use the ffmpeg H.265 decoder on the iOS platform, but we found that it only works when the arm neon assembly code is disabled. What is the problem with the ffmpeg H.265 decoder assembly code on the iOS 64 bit platform? The assembly code can't run on the 64 bit platform generally?

Have you tried posting your question there:

There was of course no way of knowing whether you were being watched at any given moment.
How often, or on what system, the Thought Police plugged in on any individual wire was guesswork.
