How do I capture super 8 sound?

Got myself two reels of super 8 which contain optical sound (same size as the magnetic strip)
how would I go about capturing this sound???
The only projector I know of that's capable of capturing this sound the way it was made to be is the Toei Talkie which is rare and out of my reach.

thanks in advance

You would have to find a company which is equipped to scan such film.
Maybe only a few in the world can do this. Kodak do not offer that at the moment.
Maybe these can:
