in my experience, ive rebuild alot of movies that had audio sync issues, i found out that it was the rip, when i looked at the properties of all the movies i did with audi sync issues they were ripped on the same day and i remember ripping with my laptop onto an external hdd with external BD burner, then i just re ripped it with the burner in my pc connected via sata and the rebuild came out fine. Off topic question: jdobbs, are you able to rebuild every BD movie with your PC?

BD-RB did for some reason include the studio intro logo as video BUT did not add the soundstream of that logo. Instead the audio from the main title started with the intro and so the entire film was completely out of sync. |

I do not have any extra settings, just using whatever BDRB comes with when loading up. Only thing I do is select the output BD25 a working directory and let it go. cwh |

If you experience an undersize -- please send or post in a zip:
1. The .INF and .INI file. 2. The log file (complete). 3. The .stats file of the main movie. 4. Any special settings of "unusual" processing. Otherwise I can't help, and it's a waste of a post to report it. Thanks. Hundreds of encodes... and not a single undersize from my end... what are you doing differently? I am out of town right now, if someone hasn't posted this information before my return later this week, I will send something. I too have done, many, maybe not hundreds, and this is the first time I have ever experiened a problem. I don't have anything special added into the .INF file, just installed 03002 and tried Fast Furious, set the output to 25g. By the way, BDRBv is a great little program. I've used DVDRebuilder for years. One of the best software programs I've ever purchased. cwh |

Using BD-RB v0.30.02 and trying to do The X-Files I Want to believe region B (Full Movie), but got the following error:

Can someone please tell me how seamless branching disks (like WALL-E) are done correctly with BD Rebuilder?
When choosing "Movie-Only" mode BD Rebuilder shows lots of different videostreams which can not be unchecked or deleted before starting the process. Even after choosing another main title in the Alternate Playlist menu the other videostreams are still present and cannot be deleted.. Is this some kind of playlist parsing bug? |

Problem with WALL-E
I've successfully ripped (movie only) quite a few of my blu-rays. So far, the only one that has prevented me from being able to rip it has been WALL-E.
[21:19:18] BD Rebuilder v0.30.02 (beta) - Source: WALL-E - Input BD size: 22.84 GB - Approximate total content: [01:38:11.927] - Target BD size: 7.72 GB - Windows Version: 6.0 [6002] - MOVIE-ONLY mode enabled - Audio Settings: AC3=1 DTS=1 HD=0 Kbs=640 [21:19:18] PHASE ONE, Encoding - [21:19:18] Extracting A/V streams [VID_00000] - Error in attempt to extract audio/subs. - Can't create output file D:\00000+00024+00001+00025+00002+00026+00003+00027+00004+00028+00005+00029+00006+00093+ 00007+00031+00008+00032+00009+00033+00010+00034+00011+00035+00012+00036+00013+00037+00014+00038+00015+00039+ 00016+00040+00017+00041+00018+00042+00019+00043+00020+00044+00021+00097+00022+00094.track_4352.dts [21:19:19] - Failed to retrieve audio, aborted That path name for that output file is just way too long. I've done quite a few searches, and while I've found maybe 2 or 3 posts with similar issues... I haven't seen a workaround yet. Is there anything I can do to get around this? It looks to me like that is a temporary file so the actual file name probably doesn't matter. Last edited by Wolffe; 6th October 2009 at 02:25. Reason: Inserted <BR> into long path name to prevent scrolling. |

A movie only copy of WALL-E should be a piece of cake... I've copied this movie as movie only, countless times with various versions of BD Rebuilder. Try it with Strict AVCHD checked, AC3 audio at default, and uncheck the subtitles... unless you need them. My copy is from a Region 1 disc.
This movie was problematic for the first few versions, but it wan't too far into the process before it started copying. |

OK, thanks for your answers.
I've tried starting the job with the correct playlist (00081 I hope) and *lots* of videofiles in the stream window. But now I have exactly the same problem like Wolffe two postings up: [10:52:51] BD Rebuilder v0.30.02 (beta) - Source: MOVIE - Input BD size: 24.16 GB - Approximate total content: [01:38:11.927] - Target BD size: 8.11 GB - Windows Version: 6.1 [7600] - MOVIE-ONLY mode enabled - Audio Settings: AC3=0 DTS=0 HD=0 Kbs=640 [10:52:52] PHASE ONE, Encoding - [10:52:52] Extracting A/V streams [VID_00000] - Error in attempt to extract audio/subs. - Can't create output file D:\WORKFILES\00000+00024+00001+00025+00002+00026+00003+00027+00004+00028+00005+00029+00006+ 00030+00007+00031+00008+00032+00009+00033+00010+00034+00011+00035+00012+00036+00013+00037+00014+00038+00015+00039+ 00016+00040+00017+00041+00018+00042+00019+00043+00020+00044+00021+00045+50202+00023.track_4352.dts [10:52:53] - Failed to retrieve audio, aborted Last edited by samtroy; 6th October 2009 at 10:01. |
