in my experience, ive rebuild alot of movies that had audio sync issues, i found out that it was the rip, when i looked at the properties of all the movies i did with audi sync issues they were ripped on the same day and i remember ripping with my laptop onto an external hdd with external BD burner, then i just re ripped it with the burner in my pc connected via sata and the rebuild came out fine. Off topic question: jdobbs, are you able to rebuild every BD movie with your PC?

i have tryed re ripping and had no luck. it still came out the same.

For the first time this has happened to me, resumming in the second pass is stopped.That does not happen without resuming.

I experienced a similar error with KNOWING (region 2).

BD-RB did for some reason include the studio intro logo as video BUT did not add the soundstream of that logo.

Instead the audio from the main title started with the intro and so the entire film was completely out of sync.

I have a similar problem with Fast_Furious. Using BD version 03002, the original m2ts is 26G when run through encoding to BD25, the main movie is now 6G. I tried an earlier version but something keep crashing on my system and causing a reboot and BSOD.

Quite strange, first time it's ever happened. Not at home so can't post log or last cmd.

Hmmm, yea i was able to fully copy movies on older versions to 20-23GB, but that is on my other computer so i did not want to relate it to the problem on this computer.

I am using the same computer, Vista with an i920 x64. The earlier versions did not compress the main movie quite so much. The extras when looking at them are only compressed by ~10-20%, while the main is compressed about 450%. I did a back up of State of Play, Kill Bill 02 and Watchmen using 02905 and everything was normal.

I do not have any extra settings, just using whatever BDRB comes with when loading up. Only thing I do is select the output BD25 a working directory and let it go.

Yes. If I ever find one that won't rebuild, I figure out what is wrong and fix it immediately. The only issue I personally can confirm right now is if I try to do a 1280x720 resize. There is an problem in which TSMUXER bombs when trying to resize some SUPs. I'm fixing that by resizing it myself.

Agree.

I am out of town right now, if someone hasn't posted this information before my return later this week, I will send something.

I too have done, many, maybe not hundreds, and this is the first time I have ever experiened a problem. I don't have anything special added into the .INF file, just installed 03002 and tried Fast Furious, set the output to 25g.

By the way, BDRBv is a great little program. I've used DVDRebuilder for years. One of the best software programs I've ever purchased.

Can someone please tell me how seamless branching disks (like WALL-E) are done correctly with BD Rebuilder?

When choosing "Movie-Only" mode BD Rebuilder shows lots of different videostreams which can not be unchecked or deleted before starting the process.

Even after choosing another main title in the Alternate Playlist menu the other videostreams are still present and cannot be deleted..

Is this some kind of playlist parsing bug?

No. It's not a bug. It's how BD works. An M2TS can be a part of any of a number of MPLS files. If you remove them, you remove part of the movie. In "WALL-E" it is a language thing. For example, when a page of a book shows up in the movie, and you have chosen the MPLS that represents the French version, the displayed page (during playback) will be in French.

That path name for that output file is just way too long. I've done quite a few searches, and while I've found maybe 2 or 3 posts with similar issues... I haven't seen a workaround yet.

Is there anything I can do to get around this? It looks to me like that is a temporary file so the actual file name probably doesn't matter.

A movie only copy of WALL-E should be a piece of cake... I've copied this movie as movie only, countless times with various versions of BD Rebuilder. Try it with Strict AVCHD checked, AC3 audio at default, and uncheck the subtitles... unless you need them. My copy is from a Region 1 disc.

This movie was problematic for the first few versions, but it wan't too far into the process before it started copying.

I agree it's long -- but what makes it "too long?" Unfortunately I'm not sure there's anything I can do about that one because it is created by TSMUXER. I'll look at it.

Where did you get your copy of WALL-E? I'm looking at MPLS 00081 on the Region A version, and it only has two component parts.
