Uhmmmm 2018, it's been a minute... but I actually checked and now I remember. I'm so sorry about that.
Yes, that version will only work on Windows XP x86 as I shipped it together with the compatibility layer we were working on with Samuel back at the beginning of One Core API. That was way before One Core API became a standalone installer you could install in your system like a normal Service Pack, which means that while it made it possible to use what we were porting to XP, it also broke things for literally any other version of Windows. You might wanna revert... |
