Resize/Upscale DVD Structure to Full HD

Hello.
Is there any way to resize the MENUS of a DVD to 1080p.
There are some amazing menus, that I would like to preserve.

Why not keep them SD? Bluray should support this.

Yes, it does support it.
But my project was to preserve the menus *and* upscale them to BD 1080p standard.
Tried with Scenarist+other tools and could not get it working.
I've contacted BDEdit and BDRebuilder devs, hope they reach out.
