How to remove unwanted m2ts from mpls?

Hi

I want to remove 00008.m2ts from 00004.mpls, because I can't add subtitles track. If it is impossible to remove it, than how to modify 00004.mpls to skip 00008.m2ts when the movie starts. Bd Rebuilder want to remove both 00008.m2ts and 00004.m2ts.

00004.m2ts it is main movie
00008.m2ts it is 10 seconds commercial

Would someone be so kind as to point me a quick step by step on what I need to do apart from what I have already done so far.
