Best PC specs for Avisynth Usage?

Hi, I am acutally into avisynth filtering.

I usually use QTGMC for restoring old contents.
I need to test the best quality output although it requires expansive PC server.

Which setup is the best quality setting?
Please let me know the best server specs for using Avisynth.

Here's ChatGPT's initial response:
----------------------------------------------
CPU: It is recommended to choose models like AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO or Intel Xeon that support the maximum possible cores and threads. For example, the Threadripper PRO 5995WX (64 cores) offers outstanding performance.

RAM: A minimum of 128GB is recommended, and for handling large 4K or higher resolution files, 256GB may be ideal. High memory capacity is especially advantageous when running multiple filters in parallel.

GPU: Although QTGMC is primarily CPU-based, adding a high-performance GPU such as the NVIDIA RTX 4090 can be beneficial if you plan to incorporate other AI-based filtering.

Storage: Using NVMe SSD is optimal in terms of speed, and for larger projects, a multi-SSD configuration is also beneficial.
-----------------------------------------------------------

Thanks in advance.

The max of it all is best of course. Said ChatGPT.
Well, it depends on your budget and on what you want to achieve.
A private person or one-man business won't need to spend 6K$..18K$ on a 150..500W Xeon, or 400W Epyc.
That would be for the pro league 24/7 broadcasting for money.
For new purchases I would just aim one/two layers below the max.
Quality does not change, only processing time.
QTGMC can be run from 4th generation i7 quite so, but of course its quicker going with the latest CPU.
RAM: Definitely you don't need 256GB.
I have 128GB here on 2 systems, and 64GB on 2 other systems and these are never used up, even if I chain and stack everything.
64GB can be considered enough.
GPU: Any AI inference will need from 3080 up, and 4090 is welcome.
CPU: ATM AMD is best bang for buck, encoding will have to be solved too,
and any Ryzen 7950..9600..9950 will help you being quicker than ever.
A recent benchmark prepared by sagittaire here:

Every 5 old average pc is good enough if time is not an issue (Qualitiy will be the same). I just takes a bit longer. I would say 16GB should be the minimum for 4K.

Wild guess, 16bg == 16GB.

EDIT: I once spent 25 hours on single DVD rez encode, dont think I'de do that today. [heavy processing]
