ffmpeg: failed to find absolute offset of xxxxxx in BodySID 1 - partial file

Hi,
I have thousands of files to encode.
Each video is divided in 9 mxf files: the first one only has video in MPEG-2 and timecodes, the other 8 have an mp2 audio track and timecodes.
Each file is muxed in .mxf.
I've received them from AVID.
The files containing videos are fine, however, the ones with the audio tracks have been difficult to encode.
The reason is that - even though I've been able to open them via Potplayer - whenever I try to encode them using ffmpeg, I get an error "failed to find absolute offset of xxxxxx in BodySID 1 - partial file?".

The resulting file only lasts 16 minutes rather than 2h.
The only reason why I'm using ffmpeg is that I automatized this process in order to avoid to encode each and every file manually.

This is my sample file: Link

I've compiled ffmpeg from the latest source code, but I tried to use the latest zeranoe's build as well: both have the same behavior.

Any suggestion?

Thank you in advance,
Frank.

To me it looks like ffmpeg demuxed all available packets just fine.
