Madvr isues

im posting here because i found this website usefull.
this is my first thread apologise, if i made somthing wrong in posting thread.
im using madvr from last year,and i found its the best rendrer.
i should use,i love madvr with mpchc. currently madvr realese custom resulations options in new version,in which i creat 23p 24p 25p resulations with my 60hz monitor.which was working fine after installings new windows and all softwares updates etc i installed madvr lastes version 0.92.12,now just 24p mode working im unable to create 23p mode in there,dont know what is wrong its always says gpu drivers refuse current modes. what should i do to fix it?
my total specs are.
cpu i5 3470
8gb ram
gtx 1060 6gb
monitor model[hp zr2440w]
ask more if nedeed. thankyou

hi, sorry for late reply. i have some internet problems.

well im using windows 10 pro 64bit latest build 16299.

and gpu driver version 390.77 64bit.
