Can someone clue me in please, this just started happening and I have no idea why it will not work with any movie all of a sudden. Running Windows 7 x64. If everything is ok why does it stop?

@cyberdoggy;
Probably another program update has changed your ffdshow settings or has taken priority, even though "Inspect" says Ok. Uninstall ffdshow, haali and avisynth. Reboot. Install those programs again. All should be well again. ![]() |

Believe it or not I reinstalled my whole operating system thinking that, and then just installed BD Rebuilder step by step with the directions at the top of this thread, even installed the software directly downloaded from the links on the thread. Basically all that is isntalled is BD Rebuilder so that cannot be the issue. I even right clicked and started the app from admin and let BD setup correctly, So I am completely lost now...

Don't know if any of those will make a difference, but it's worth asking. ![]() |

It seems to be happening on any disk and everything is stock factory settings, no overclocking and i'm using Movie only mode DVD5 setting. As far as hidden settings I never even go to that section and change anything I leave it as it is when I install it.

BD Rebuilder v0.41.01 (beta)
I've updated the first post of this thread with a link to the latest release of BD-RB (v0.41.01). Changes for this release:
Code:
- Fixed a fatal error that can occur when MULTIPROCESS is used in conjunction with sources that include secondary streams. - Corrected an issue in which very small segments of a multi-part source could unnecessarily prompt with annoying "oversize" warnings. - Added chapter support for MP4 ALTERNATE output. It is enabled by default. To disable MP4 chapters, set add the new hidden option MP4_CHAPTERS=0. - Added some additional features to the ALTERNATE output and type definition modules. - Modified processing of MIN_M2TS_SIZE (hidden value) so that it also affects BD-5/9 (as long as it is smaller than the BD-5/9 default). - Corrected issues in which some important values were not being maintained when saving and loading from a project file (File Menu). - Added the MPLS (playlist) number to the title section of the stream list when MOVIE-ONLY mode is selected. This is to avoid confusion as to which playlist is active at any point in time. The playlist number is also now displayed as a part of the batch list. - Corrected a problem in which, under certain unusual conditions on a 7.1 source -- the wrong channels might be used for the rear speakers when converting to AC3. |

Dead Poets Society
Hi. When I have BD-RB reencoded with Full Backup and Quicker encode for Extras it plays fine with PowerDVD 12 and my LG Player. When reencoded with Movie and Menus (Auto blank extras) but uncheck blank for extras I want kept and Quicker encode on, the log shows everything went well but PowerDVD 12 seems to get stuck (in a loop?) and doesn't shows anything from the hard drive location after it flashes the "Touchstone" logo, however my LG player will play.
Something to consider. Code:
