CloneBD Issue

I have been using CloneBD for years and now all of a sudden when compressing a BD-100 or BD-66 4K disc to BD-50 it makes the file way to small for a 50GB disc. The folders are only about 15-20GBs. I have been using the latest beta version for months with no issues like this until now. Compressing regular blu rays to BD-25 has no issues either. Any suggestions?
