4K UHD burned content Ps5 compatibility. help

Hello creative minds!

I'm posting this thread in the hope of getting the right help.

I'm trying to author my sister's 4K wedding video (88GB) onto a BDXL 100GB Verbatim Blu-ray disc that will play on a PlayStation 5.

I've been working on this project for over a month and still haven’t been able to get it to work properly...

A friend of mine who has access to Scenarist UHD is helping me.
We’ve learned that in order for the disc to work on the PS5, the authoring process must be very strict and fully UHD Blu-ray compliant.

Her is what we've followed so far:

- HEVC / H.265 codec
- Main 10 Profile @ Level 5.1 or 5.2
- UHD Blu-ray structure with BDMV + CERTIFICATE folders
- Finalized disc burned to a 100GB BD-R XL(Verbatim) using ImgBurn (UDF 2.50)

Still, the PS5 doesn’t recognize the disc, it does spins but after 4 seconds it writes that the disc is not recognized.

We read that the PS5 can read BD-R XL discs*, but *only if the authoring is 100% spec-compliant and professionally authored - which is why we’re using Scenarist UHD.

We think the issue might be somewhere in the workflow (asset encoding, muxing, or maybe burning settings).

If anyone here has *successfully authored a UHD disc playable on PS5* - especially using Scenarist UHD - we will appreciate it in ways you cannot imagine!. Any tips, guidance, or even a sample workflow would mean the world to us

Thank you in advance !
