Want to author english only version from BD with slides for all languages

Hello Doom9ers...

So I anticipated Christmas giving myself an UHD friendly drive and an AnyDVD HD year of usage, plus my first UHD BD (Life of Pi). I'm trying to make my first MKV movie with PLEX server as destination (I convert with CloneBD losslessly), well I wonder...

Some steps before hitting the conversion button on CloneBD, I can see dozens of selectable anti-piracy, rating and other miscelaneous slides in all languages, but, obviously not all of them are displayed after user selects a given language at audio and/or subtitles settings when playing the movie, the played slides depend on user's choice, now...

Unfortunately, my old 2011 PC's graphics can't provide UHD titles playing and I don't have a standalone 4K player either, so I'm in a desperate search for a software that gives me clues about the order in which these slides are played e. g. in English selection.
