Megui - Tweaking audio sync

I have a video that I've encoded where the audio is just slightly out of sync. The problem is so minor that I could actually live with it, but it's just not quite perfect. Perhaps only a few ms off.

I've never tried to correct audio sync problems within MeGUI, but I do see that on the input tab, under audio, there is a "delay" variable that can be set. I'm assuming that this is what I should be using.

But if I make a modification there, I have to queue up the whole thing and do a complete encode, right? And this takes over and hour for this video. That's a lot of time to spend if I'm going to add a few ms here and there and see how it comes out. It'd be much nicer if I could somehow apply this delay and just have to re-mux it without having to process two passes of video encoding each time. Is this possible?

You can use MeGUI -> Tools -> Muxer to do a remux without recode video.

If you're working with MKV you might find MKVMergeGUI a bit easier to use. You'll find it at \MeGUI\tools\mkvmerge\mmg.exe
MeGUI uses MKVMerge to do the work when muxing MKVs, but I prefer the MKVMerge GUI.
